She is amazing! Her depth of knowledge is priceless. This was my second home to sell with Tina, and I was even more amazed this time around. Selling this home was difficult, it was my childhood home and needed some updating. Tina was very helpful in the sell of our home of 22 years. Tina's marketing skills really made the difference between her and other agents. From flyers and neighborhood marketing, to photos and videos, everything was exceptional. We especially like the overhead drown views of our property that really showed all of our 1/2 acre retreat. In addition, Tina helped us in the staging of our home by adding more updated furniture creating a much better first impression for buyers.
