I've known Bryan for over two decades. We first met through our daughters' school. At the time, I didn't know him personally, but I saw him often on campus. He was always a ball of energy—a devoted family man who genuinely loved people and treated everyone with kindness and respect. Over the years, our families and circles of friends crossed paths more often, and I had the opportunity to really get to know Bryan and his family. I can honestly say he is one of the most genuine people you'll ever meet. He tells the truth, whether it's what you want to hear or not, because he always has your best interest at heart. Bryan understands not only the markets he serves, but also their ever-changing dynamics- and how to apply that knowledge to each individual situation. He understands how buyers think, how sellers think, and how to keep a deal together, despite the inevitable push and pull of large real estate negotiations. Anyone can sign you to a listing or buyer's agreement. But when you fall in love with a house, but need something done, say post-inspection, in order to feel secure in the transaction- can YOUR agent make that happen? Bryan Ochse can. And if you're selling- anyone can promise you top dollar to get your listing. Bad agents do this all the time. Bryan will actually guide you to what to fix, or not- what to paint, replace, etc. He'll hook you up with contractors that know how to get the most bang for buck. He'll get you the most for your house. And again- when the buyer suddenly starts demanding the moon- he'll keep that deal together. He certainly did for me. Bryan's that rare savant that understands the psychology under the hood of these transactions- and uses it to the advantage of his clients. There's two things I can't stand: real estate agents (most are ineffective and willing to say anything to get you to sign), and leaving reviews. So this is an exception in both ways. If you hire anyone but Bryan, you're leaving money on the table. He's that good.
