Would 100% recommend. Kyle Flagg and team has been responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. Questions were answered with professional recommendations and the process was very smooth for a first time home buyer that was very anxious and had a lot of questions. Even after we’ve closed on the property, Kyle has been supportive with finding and making the move-in, smooth and streamline. Kyle made negotiation recommendations that helped us secure a home in our dream neighborhood even though the list price seemed out of our range thanks to his market expertise. Kyle did not pressure us to see things that we were not interested and even though there were some surprises nothing was unable to be worked through thank to Kyle!
