Just sold a house in El Sereno and wanted to leave a review because the experience was really positive. Wesley was my listing agent and gave me thoughtful advice on pricing and walked me through the comps so I actually understood the strategy, and the property ended up selling for considerably over asking. I had mentioned that staging might be a nice touch and Wesley was really supportive of the idea, ended up coordinating the whole process and even helped with the design so it matched the renovations we'd done on the home. I wish I could give more stars. Wesley is an amazing person. He is so knowledgeable, pleasant, and great at his job. He took all the stress from buying and worked with the selling agent on all items. He saved us so much time and money. Wesley is so pleasant and I'm blessed to have done business with him. I'm blessed to know him. I hope to always have him as my agent no matter what happens in my home buying life. I know we will buy again and Wesley will be the only agent I work with!
