Words really can’t describe how awesome and hardworking Phyllis has been as my agent! For context, she helped me buy my first home then helped me sell it 4 years later. I’ve been on both sides of the sale, and Phyllis took care of me every step of the way. The amount of effort she puts into her work and the level of communication is what really separates her from other agents. When buying and selling my first home, work in the military and relocations made it impossible for me to be in-person for majority of the process. Other agents tried to convince me that being “out to sea”, would make the home search and buying process really difficult. Instead, the process really couldn’t have been easier working with Phyllis and her team. By the time I came back, I was able sign closing docs and move right in! She’s honest and informative. Her transparency gives you all the tools to make an informed decision as a buyer. I’ve learned more from her than most books I’ve ever read about real estate, and I was honestly lucky to come across her profile when she was still working with an MLS. Fast forward 4 years, and now with a different firm, when I reached out to sell, a response couldn’t come any sooner. She was just as hardworking and motivated as she was years ago. Even with the market slowing down, she was still able to get me the best deal possible! Even if I ever worried, her cool-headed demeanor made it easy to be confident in any given scenario throughout the buying and selling experience. Not only was she a great agent to me, she was also just a great person in general. Even after a year from my purchase, she would check in to see how life was going and would even send handwritten cards during the holidays. She genuinely cares about her clients at the human level AND handles business at the highest level as well. Even if working with her isn’t the right fit for you, you’ll still gain a lot of knowledge and a valuable connection to real estate, especially as a first time home buyer and/or veteran. Only negative is that I’ll have a hard time finding an agent that can match her now that I live out of area! She moves mountains y’all! 10/10 would recommend.
