They rent you a place for a year. Then don't renew your lease. Then do a walk threw for all kinds of existing repairs and try to charge you for them. I lost over $2,000 in Deposit. Had to Sue them, to get the fake $7,000 in repairs to go away.. STAY AWAY FOM JENNIFER OR TODD.... RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS Response::: Jennifer Mitchell did rent Properties out of your El Cajon Office.... So either you guys have Quit or this is a Lie.. Since you didnt put your name. Just shows the huding. The property I rented Address was 1647 Luke Lane.. Maybe you guys quit Rentals... But Definitely not an Honest Business...
Mitchell Property Management is taking care of my house while I am on assignment in Russia. Great care, attention to detail, sense of urgency and integrity. Tenants also love dealing with them. It's a win-win!
In my experience, the property managers here are quick to respond and always awnser the phone. They really seem to care about site issues and work hard to resolve issues. I would use Mitchell anytime!
