My apartment is falling apart with repairs that Cindy hasn't fixed. I put in so many work orders for them to fall on deaf ears. She's fast to increase my rent and doesn't forget to do that like clock work. I've spoken to her so many times over the repairs. She's always has an excuse that she will fix it but doesn't. Cindy is a terrible property manager that loves to save her owners money by not fixing your repairs. The only thing you're getting is a rent increase with nothing fixed.

Cindy Mark is probably thee worst property manager I have ever come across. Do not do business with her. When I read the reviews on her, at first I was thinking she can't be that bad. All the reviews iv seen is about how she just puts ppl off when it comes to fixing problems with houses and she just takes money from the owners of the houses and never repairs anything .. LET ME TELL YOU CINDY MARK REALITY IS A JOKE!! I HAVE SEEN IT FIRST HAND FOR OVER 4 YEARS NOW. IF I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD.

Cindy will go out of her way to increase your rent any chance she gets without warning or for any reason. When you need something fixed in the apartment, she will not fix it (doesn't matter how many work order requests are filled out). No matter how nice and kind you try to be about getting maintenance done. When you go to the office, it's usually locked. There's never anyone there. She's money hungry and will squeeze any money that can from you. Do yourself a favor and don't rent from her.
