It’s not often that I give reviews but found it absolutely necessary to give this review for Judy Lin Young. Our previous experience with other realtors was not positive and was frustrating since our family has been house hunting for a very long time (over 2 years), with no success. We started working with Judy as our buyer’s agent this year. Judy is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate business. She took the time to get to know exactly what our needs were when looking for a house. We were looking for specific school districts within certain cities. She was extremely patient with us, but also kept us focused when needed. She was quick to call listing agents to get details about the property and schedule showings. She was dependable and punctual to every appointment regardless of the property distance. Judy is excellent at drafting offers that are compelling to the seller. It is hard to get an offer accepted in a competitive market. She was always one step ahead of the game during escrow and ensured everything went as smooth as possible. Because of Judy’s skills, experience and real estate savvy, our offer was accepted, and we finally purchased a home that met our family’s needs. We are so grateful to have found Judy. I highly recommend Judy to any buyer out there that wants a real professional that will truly work towards closing the deal.

Judy is A++ in every way. Responsive, intelligent, hard working, and a great listener. We moved through escrow in half the time thanks to her diligence. Before we finalized escrow on this property, she listened to everything we wanted out of a home. She was patient for months as we waited out the right opportunity. Judy was extremely hard working when finding my sister and I a very specific condo to share. She is patient, a good listener, and very skilled at honing into her clients’ wants and needs. Real estate comes natural to her. She is efficient and savvy, with a refreshing candor. We closed on our home during the hectic holiday time. She went the extra mile to make closing as easy as possible. She even hand delivered a beautiful holiday gift weeks later to our new home. Judy is top notch.
