Christian was a great realtor to work with. As you may know, buying a home in San Diego is no easy feat nowadays. Christian made the daunting process of home buying very easy and streamlined. He was very prompt with all showings and any questions we may had along the way (which we had many of!) Our transaction was seamless and we could not have asked to work with a better realtor!

As a San Diegan, I never thought I would be able to own a home, let alone own one in San Diego! However, it was a pleasure to work with Christian in making my dream a reality. My husband and I met Christian at an open house back in November. At the time, we were dipping our feet into the housing market, but we did not have any set goals. Like I said, purchasing a home in this climate is easier said than done. Christian was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He made sure we were updated with homes that matched what we were looking for as well as our price point. Christian was always informing us about the specifications of the homes we were interested in, also proactive in setting up and being early for the homes and that piqued our interest. Saw a house you liked and want to see it that night? He’s got you! He answered all of our questions along the process and ensured we knew what we were walking into as well as educating us about the market and the buying process. Additionally, he was very fast in communicating with us and the sellers in coordination and details about the transaction. I appreciate this the most because there is no downtime when you’re trying to purchase a home that you love - especially in an environment where homes were being sold in the blink of an eye. Throughout the process, we ended up being outbid many times, to no fault of Christian, but ended up being led to a home that we absolutely love and take pride in being our first home. Christian was very encouraging and kept our morale up even when the the journey was looking bleak. I highly recommend buying or selling your home with Christian. Christian and his partner Danny Donovan from Clear Mortgage Capital are an amazing team to work with. They’ve got this process down to a complete science! Furthermore, they were very kind, understanding, courteous, and professional. You couldn’t ask for a better team to work with!
