During a delivery at this location, a staff/security member attempted to enforce a parking rule without any visible signage or written policy. When I asked for clarification, the interaction escalated. The individual became aggressive and physically positioned himself in front of my vehicle, effectively blocking my movement. He also threatened to call the police if I did not comply immediately. At one point, he pointed his phone directly at me, appearing to record the interaction. I understand that private properties may have specific parking rules, but blocking a vehicle and using threats instead of clear communication creates an unsafe and unprofessional environment. This should be reviewed to ensure staff handle delivery drivers in a safe and respectful manner.

The elevator is so slow it takes years off your life. Frustrating waiting 3 minutes for an elevator consistently. Very rarely is it ever ready within a few seconds. Otherwise this is a very nice building with friendly staff.

Some of the security at this location need to learn how to properly handle a precieved threat. They definitely need to be retrained or replaced if you actually value your clients.
