Nice enough. Response time was appropriate. But Camille refused to negotiate a better price. When I said we should offer a lower price than asking she dug up "comparable" recent sales and told me it was a "good" price. I told her the inspector noted a lot of work that needed to be done to the house and she responded with "but a lot of work has already been done". Do not use Camille if you want to negotiate your price. She will not do it.

Horrible Horrible service especially from Leslie, Beware, she will delay every process and put you thru hell just to put a offer in and not be a women of her word. We where told to put in 6 different offers for 1 house from her and kept telling us over n over again that this is the best. offer put it in and they will accept it just to come back to tell us NO and when we asked for a COUNTER OFFER she replied NO as well and said they wont counter it and since we did not want to keep playing this game with her she told us WE ARE PLAYING GAMES and not putting in offers when SHE IS THE ONE WHO KEEPS TELLING US HOW MUCH TO PUT UP, Honestly it must not be to hard to get your licence cuz common sence isn't to common now a days. i Feel bad for the families that are using her to sell there houses. Wouldn't hire her even if she was free,
