Enrique B.

Extremely happy with our realtor Enrique. He represented us 5 years ago when purchasing our first home and selling the home this year. When we vacated the property, to move up to Northern California, he took care of managing the renovation team, staging company, photographer and listing. We had over 20 showings and multiple offers. Enrique used his 25 years of experience to get the best number and we accepted an offer. Closed after just 41 days on the market. Keep in mind it is currently a buyers market. Our family is grateful for Enrique. If you are in Southern California and looking for a realtor, I confidently recommend Enrique Blanchet.

As First-time home buyers we were skeptical that we would not be able to purchase a home in 2025. However, with the help from Enrique and his team we were able to close on our 1st Property within 17th days from our offer acceptance. We are extremely thankful for Enrique and his team for helping close on our home sooner than expected since our existing rental had flooded. He really made this process convenient, smooth and easy for us! Enrique is truly knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make our dreams a reality!

Enrique Blanchet has been our family realtor for 12 years. We have done multiple transactions with him, both buying and selling, and he always performs with the utmost professionalism and his service is always extremely thorough and detailed. What I really appreciate about Enrique is that he protects the interest of his clients. He truly understands the dynamics of the Real Estate Market. His many years of experience in the industry really shows through his work. We have referred him to many friends and family members, and I have always heard back only positive things about their experience with him.
