Dan is an amazing human being. He has helped me with both buying and selling homes. He is extremely thorough and patient. He is able to answer all of my questions and he explains things so I understand them. When showing me homes, he helps me see my vision in them. He takes the time to understand what I’m looking for, and has never just tried to sell me a house. When selling my house, he explains to me the current market situation, and never leaves me with unrealistic expectations. Overall, Dan is amazing and my go-to realtor for all of my home buying/selling needs.

Dan Regan became my real estate agent at a very difficult time in my life.
