At first my wife and I were ready to settle on a condo, until we met Kyle. He easily found us a house that was in our budget and got us a great deal compared to the current market. He’s very knowledgable on VA loans and knew what questions to ask to get us the best deal. He was always available by text and call to field and concerns I had. During the home inspection he pointed out so many things I did not notice or was even looking for. After speaking to friends who have bought houses I always tell them next time call this guy, Kyle Davies, because I know he’s able to get them a better deal than your average real estate agent. He’s outstanding in every way and I’m so glad he was recommended to my wife and I.
