Viewing houses with Kristy - she 'listened' to what we were looking for, she 'heard' our musts and wants in a property (we viewed in March, but we live >500 mi away); she kept us posted on status of what we were interested in, gave updates on the Market and inventory that met our criteria. When we finally could move forward in September, she setup viewings of properties, and we offered/closed in October (16 day escrow). She was GREAT at helping us in negotiations, timeline to close (1031 exchange for us was critical), getting Seller and us aligned for quick close.
