We had such a great experience working with Team Lyon! We bought our first home in 2018 and put three years of hard work and love into renovating our mid-century home so when we were ready to sell in 2021, we knew we couldn't trust our first home to just anyone. We chose Team Lyon because of their experience and their well-rounded approach to listing our home. They helped us with finding vendors we might need to wrap up any projects we needed to make our home top-notch (new AC unit!), had a team come in to do the full video/photo/3D including sunset drone with the cafe lights and firepit to really highlight all of the best parts of our home, and they set up an absolutely fully packed schedule of showings for 4 days straight so that we were able to take our two small children and two dogs to just get out of the way while they powered through all of the showings instead of having to prepare for showings day after day while living there. With just a few days on the market, we had 40+ offers that were well over asking price!! Julie and Stephanie helped guide us through each of the offer terms to guide us in choosing a buyer for our first home and managed all of our anxiety through the escrow process and contingency periods by always being available to answer questions and concerns that would come up. We ended up closing at 20% over our listing price and broke a record for the highest price sold in our neighborhood so we were over the moon that we chose Team Lyon to represent us! My wife and I cannot say enough good things about working with Team Lyon. Our home had fallen out of escrow with a different real estate agent, then went completely stale for months, so we hired Julie, Stephanie, and Lesley to pull of the improbable. Everything changed for the better once they got involved. They were optimistic regardless of the challenges of taking on a home that had been on the market and didn't get discouraged when challenges arose during the escrow period. Their knowledge / experience shown through in every positive way imaginable. . We ended up getting multiple offers after the first weekend of open houses and private showings and ultimately ended up with an over-ask purchase price. We could tell every little detail mattered to them, which meant even more to us. We should have hired them from the start. Hire them to find your next home and/or sell even in a "soft" market, then don't look back.
