We’ve known and worked with Tom North for years now and I feel terrible I’ve never left a review for him and his stellar crew of colleagues! We’ve been lucky enough to work with Tom from a buyer and seller’s point of view and both experiences were nothing but smooth. He handles everything and is so extremely patient and knowledgeable. It’s like having your buddy hook you up but the buddy actually knows what he’s talking about! I’ve recommended him to a number of friends and coworkers now and I feel confident continuing to do so. For goodness sakes, just hire Tom North already. Hire him to sell your house, hire him to buy a house, hire him as a landscaper, just hire him already. Tom recently helped us through two of the most unwieldy real estate transactions ever, acting as our selling agent and buying agent at the same time. Through the whole thing we found him to be professional, flexible, and really cared about our needs as a family. We had tried other agents before Tom, but always felt like they didn’t have our (the clients’) best interest at heart, and felt pressured into moving faster than we were ready to. With Tom, there was no question that his primary objective was to get us the house we wanted at a price we could afford, and that he had the knowledge and expertise to get us through the process. As with all real estate transactions, ours hit seemingly a million little snags and problems. Through the whole thing, Tom was constantly in touch, reassuring, and kept our best interests in mind – he even came to our house to install new locks on our door when the need arose. He had excellent professional contacts for all the home inspection improvements we needed to do, and when the going got rough, it was extremely reassuring to have him in our corner. There were literally tons of times when my wife and I would look at each other and actually say, “thank goodness we have Tom.” For anyone looking to buy or sell a house, I recommend Tom without reservations. In fact, I have already recommended him to my sister. He helped us get through a very difficult process and in the end got us the house that we wanted and at the price we wanted. So just hire him already.

Tom and his team at North Properties made my first home-buying experience smooth, and easy - and this was during the pandemic. He and his team are VERY responsive with any questions and concerns I had - even post transaction. They take care of you. Communication was great! I really appreciate that. He also helped connect me to contractors for my property. He and his team are very experienced in this market and they look out for you. I will definitely go back to him when I’m ready to purchase my next property.

When purchasing our first home, our experience with Tom was phenomenal. He was extremely responsive, friendly, professional, and always willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. Although the market was very competitive and our price point was fairly low, Tom helped us navigate the situation and enabled us to find a home in a neighborhood that was highly desirable for us.
