Monthly Prop Mgmt statements are clear and tenant replacement is done quickly & efficiently! HOA has 12 thousand rules and he is knowledgeable and timely jumping thru their hoops. Recently managed Contractors during minor/moderate rehab on one home. Brent would earn a 6th star if that was a choice in google review!
