Sunnie Kim has been a wonderful property manager to work with. We are currently trying to rent out my mother’s house, and Sunnie has treated her property like it’s her own. There have been multiple renovation projects that had to be coordinated in order to make the house rent-ready, but Sunnie took the initiative to research and coordinate the jobs so that we didn’t have to. I live an hour away from the property, so it’s hard to come out frequently, but Sunnie has made this process so easy for us, we’ve virtually been hands off.
