This is a VERY overdue review of Joe Ventura, who is genuinely a saint for putting up with us. Being in Morgan Hill, we know a ton of amazing realtors and highly recommend most of them, but we knew we wanted to use someone outside our social circle to not pick favorites. Having met Joe at an open house, we loved his energy and knowledge, but we're still considering some agent referrals we had already been given. Joe was no pressure and still highly helpful. When we decided we hadn't found an agent that "got us" we decided to reach out to Joe. Within an hour we knew we made the right choice. Within a month of working with Joe, we closed on our dream home and then prepared our townhome for sale. Through the whole process, Joe was patient, helpful, and genuinely great to work with. He has a solid network of people who helped make our old home sales ready, and was almost TOO available for questions or chats during the buying and selling process. While we don't plan on moving every again, we would 100% work with Joe again should we need a realtor!
