This is—hands down—the most amazing realty group that you can choose. I wish I could best express this, but it may be easier to say that we are now about to go through our sixth transaction with Angela between myself and my parents’ homes. I’ve been in LA long enough to see how crazy these processes can be here but we have had nothing but smooth and flawless work with Angela at every turn. We were absolutely thrilled by the professionalism, attention to detail, and follow through of Angela Bond and her team. When we decided to put our Leimert Park house on the market, a friend referred us to Angela. Whether you're selling or buying, Angela will represent only you, because a real estate broker who works both sides of the transaction can have a conflict of interest. She led us step by step through the process, treating us as a valued partner in the dance of selling a house and home we loved. What topped the cake is we moved to Santa Fe, NM and left Los Angeles about 3 weeks before the first open house. While we were gone, Angela supervised hardwood floor refinishing, painting, kitchen countertop replacement, locksmith, staging, trash pickup and more. By virtue of the timeline and and spreadsheet she posted online, we could view the process at will, and discuss the offers and counteroffers with Angela via phone. Spoiler alert: this is going to be a raving review of Angela Bond Group. My wife and I recently sold our home in Los Angeles (July 2025). Prior to our listing it, we interviewed 3 well respected and highly accomplished agents. From the moment we met Angela, we knew she was the one. She's an absolute pro from a technical standpoint, but she is also so genuine and personally involved and committed. As we were making our final decision, we asked ourselves "who do we feel the most comfortable going through this whole process with?" and the overwhelmingly obvious answer was "Angela". Boy, were we right! From the moment she signed on, Angela and her partner added so much value, from the guidance they provided (pricing, traffic driving, negotiation), to the vendors they suggested, to the personal time and special touches they added along the way, and to the incredible amount of coordination, explanation and communication they provided. We truly had an outstanding experience and also a very positive outcome: They hosted 5 open houses, multiple private showings, and we received 22 offers in 8 days and closed on our property in 17 days. We also genuinely had fun doing it with Angela and Calvin. We can't say enough or thank them enough for what they helped us do, and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is considering selling their home in LA.
