Tim was the listing agent on a property we were in contract on in west LA. They underpriced it slightly to get an auction/over pay situation. They changed the first offer deadline date. Then they changed the counter offer deadline by three days and even after they asked for and we delivered our final and best offer along with three other buyers they never called to tell us that we had or had not been accepted. In fact we have still not been contacted. Tim and his team were grouchy, non-communicative and disrespectful of buyer’s time.

Lisa and Tim were always responsive and moved the process along with an impressive eye for detail. Lisa and Tim marketed the home perfectly, from stunning photography and video of the home to a highly successful open-house weekend. Lisa and Tim were also detailed and responsive when the home went into contract, offering guidance throughout the escrow process. Lisa and Tim made the home selling process as smooth as possible for me. I enjoyed working with them and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again on a future property transaction.

We recently used Tim and Lisa with Elevated LA to represent us in the purchase of a triplex in Newport Beach, Ca and a Duplex in San Diego, Ca as part of a 1031 exchange. They did an excellent job in assisting us find and secure the properties. Both transactions closed with no delays or issues. They were both very thorough and consultative through the entire process. I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them for our next deal.
