Let me start off by saying im a first time home buyer. Without a doubt, I would not hesitate to use Francis again in the future. During the entire process he was always, happy to help answer any of my questions and concerns, he was always professional and curtious, he was always on time, and most Importantly he listened. He was never pushy or short, he listened to what I was seeking, and showed me properties that aligned with what I was looking for. He even drove my girlfriend and I around the first day I met him in person because our car was low on battery. We drove around to about 5 different places that afternoon. He is extremely personable likable, and professional. He also went as far as to bring down his commission as it would help me get a better price that I was more comfortable with.
