Michelle is absolutely the most friendly and hard-working real estate agent I have ever met. She has helped me sell and buy twice. She makes it smooth and seamless and is always 100% fair. I am so thankful for her knowledge and expertise. If you are looking for someone you can trust and who has your best interest at heart then that would be Michelle :-)

When seller and buyer are moments away from suing each other and 1 call between them resolves everything, it’s clear what the problem is: the broker in between. Working with Michelle was nothing but a horrific experience while this should have been an easy and enjoyable transaction. I was trying to buy a mobile home for my senior, retired, mother who was moving to the USA from Europe. Throughout the transaction, me, my mother and my broker were met with nothing but disrespect when we pointed out discrepancies with the home or when the sales contract was repeatedly breached. It was clear that for Michelle a 450k cash transaction was not worth much of her time and that we were all “just looking for problems.” During the several real estate transactions I have completed as a buyer in the Los Angeles market I have never come across anyone so capable of complicating what should have been an easy, no-brainer cash real estate deal. In the end, Michelle actually tried to push all the blame on her own client - the seller. The situation had progressed to a point where I had officially canceled the deal after escrow had expired and had already brought in legal counsel to get my deposit back and ask for damages. When I finally offered the seller a lifeline to call me directly, it took us both 15 minutes to resolve what Michelle could not in 45 days of closing. When I had voiced my opinion to her directly, she got offended and warned my broker that her boyfriend had somehow gotten involved. Not sure how to interpret this comment any other way than a veiled threat. Michelle talks a big game, but behind her big smile is someone who has no problem speaking nasty behind sellers, buyers, mobile home park management's back, constantly. Everyone else is the problem, just never her. If you’ve had a great experience with her in the past, congratulations. I sure did not. The experience has resulted in the fact that my senior mother’s arrival into the USA has become one of great stress and negative energy to the point that she does not want to live in the home that she initially was so excited about. Please think twice before working with Michelle. There are so many nice and friendly agents and brokers out there, spare yourself the risk of having an experience as we did.

I would recommend Michelle to anyone in any area as a buyers or sellers agent, she is forthright and works very hard to attain her clients’ goals. She knows the market and shares her insights and knowledge freely. I trust her and I have worked with her to buy and sell homes and I have very happy with each outcome, whether it was was a sale or purchase. Thank you Michelle Karen T.
