Short version: You have to work with Jon, he's dedicated, responsive, professional, and an expert! He manages my rental properties AND is my real estate agent. Long version: I've been Jon's client since 2018. He's managed my rental properties ever since, and I've NEVER encountered any issues. During the pandemic, Jon helped me complete a 1031 exchange to take advantage of the growing market and upgrade my rental properties to a bigger and better location. Jon managed my duplex when I moved out of state a couple of years back. He was always quick to respond, took very good care of my property and tenants. When it was time to sell, Jon was equally great. We got a great offer first week on market. Since Jon already had a good relationship with the tenants, he was able to coordinate all showings, inspections, etc without issues.
