We were planning a return move to San Diego from the Bay Area. Myles came highly recommended by friends. Although we know several Agents in the area, we were impressed by his knowledge in the locations we were set on making our home. He made great use of our time when we flew in to look at homes. While this is long overdue, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Myles for helping me buy my first home. As a new buyer in a tough California market, I couldn't be more thankful for Myles’ support and guidance throughout the process. He was very patient with me by explaining every single intricacy of home buying steps. He toured me around several parts of San Diego to narrow my search, which was incredibly helpful. Myles was very honest and straight forward about all the pros and cons of the properties, pointing out every detail or concern to consider. When the time came to put in the offer, I felt really supported and in good hands. Myles did everything he could to get mine accepted (I was against multiple offers) while still getting me the best deal. He always had my interests first! During the due diligence part of the escrow, Myles helped me go through the disclosures, coordinate inspections, and even found a way to save me more money. He always knew what to do and offered me the best options and steps to move forward. Even while I was in a different country (with a +12 hour time difference) during the beginning of the escrow, Myles was always super accessible over the phone and very pleasant to work with. I will absolutely recommend him to all my friends!

In June of 2023 we hired Myles to find us a rental in La Jolla and sell our home in Point Loma. Myles started immediately trying to locate apartments for us that met our requirements, even though we weren’t actually ready to move til the end of the year. He found us the perfect apartment, was helpful above and beyond. Myles was even more amazing with the actual sale of our house. His strategy was spot on. The house was sold in less than a month.
