Jo Ann helped us sell our home during the pandemic. She was fast, professional and on top of everything. She helped us prep for every step of the process and it went smooth. This wad the first time I have sold a house and I did not expect it to be so easy. That was all thanks to Jo Ann.

If I had to sum up my experience with her in a word, it would have to be "horrible". If I had to sum her up in a word, it would be "rude". In two words, I would add "disorganized". However, there are many other words that come to mind, which I'd love to say and make you aware of, but are unfortunately not appropriate to write here. All it takes is for you to hear a few words from her mouth and/or the tone of her voice, or take a couple seconds to look around inside her disastrous office, and you'll quickly understand this isn't the person you want to have any type of a relationship with (business, personal, or otherwise). Her choice of words, and/or the tone of her voice, will quickly let you know how you will be treated as a human being (or more accurately, an inanimate object, worse than an animal) and it will get worse with more time. Likewise, the overall disarray and chaotic mess that is her office will quickly give you some insight into how she is to deal with as far as paperwork, documentation, followup, timeliness, etc. The biggest problem? She's completely oblivious to the fact that she IS the problem. She thinks she's absolutely perfect and never does anything wrong, and that everyone else has or is the problem. If I could add a third word to sum her up, it would have to be "delusional". In all seriousness, stay clear of JoAnn Poole. If you'd like to save yourself a lot of time and headaches (more than a few), I suggest you heed this advice. Additionally, if you look around elsewhere, there are other reviews out there which will support this review. I completely agree with another reviewer on a different website, which rhymes with "help". Based on my experience with JoAnn, I can't comment on whether or not the police needed to be called in his case, but I can confirm that she will show up unannounced and basically (without being physical) forcibly "invite" herself in. I can also personally guarantee that if the other reviewer is saying that he has other circumstances which he's not sharing, it's 100% accurate, as I'm doing the same here.

Professional, hard working and always available. Highly recommend!
