Claudia was literally everything and more we could ask for in a realtor! Not only does she is so professional with all her clients and other agents, but she treats us like one of her closest friends. I’m a first time homebuyer and Claudia made sure to support me through every step of the way. Any question I had she was quick to respond and clarify as well as any doubts or worries, she always calmed me down. She always had our back and represented us so well. We did A LOT of open houses and she accompanied us in every one. She taught us what to look for, what questions to have, and many other skills that I didn’t know was essential in home buying. She was always reachable and answered my inquiries at almost any hour of the day. When it came to paperwork, there was a ton and it was really overwhelming but I’m so lucky that Claudia took the time to explain each one in the simplest and most accurate terms. Not only did she schedule all our visits, but she also met with us at her office, accompanied us after office hours for the notarizing, and checked in with us through our WhatsApp group on the daily. You will not go wrong with Claudia. She is so knowledgeable in the process and as well as the neighborhoods around Orange County. We were looking for a place in South OC and I was so impressed at how so familiar she was with the street names and communities. She is very honest and will tell you what’s worth it and what’s not, but she will also guide you to explore and find out for yourself. She puts her clients first and treats them just like family. The process of home buying is definitely overwhelming but I’m so glad I had Claudia as my realtor. She is a true girl boss!
