We had a property that was required to sell through a Trust. Eileen was recommended to us through a work colleague referral. She was handpicked by another individual and regarded as the best in the area. Upon our first meeting it was clear that those claims weren't just talk. From the first meeting we knew that she would be the realtor for us. Through the whole process she was communicative and transparent with us. She would communicate when documents were received and would answer any question we had for her. With her 15 years of experience she was able to show her knowledge of the market and walk us through how every step of the sale would go. At first we were very overwhelmed with the sale but with Eileen she really made us feel confident and reassured that we would be taken care of. Could not recommend her enough and would be very happy to work with her if we ever needed to purchase or sell a property again.
