Elyse was absolutely incredible throughout every step of our home buying process! From doing deep dives in the MLS to find places for us to look at in our preferred areas and styles to combing through all of the paperwork in escrow with us (and so much more!) she really moved us along and looked out for us throughout the entire process. I have had the pleasure to both purchase a condo, and then 13 years later, sell the same condo while being represented by Elyse. Both experiences have been phenomenal. When buying, Elyse was able to convince the sellers that I was the "right buyer," even though I was younger and had a smaller down payment than other prospective purchasers (there were multiple offers). When selling the same condo, we were able to top the market as the highest priced sale ever achieved in the building. I don't need to tell you any more. Those two transactions speak for themselves.
