YOU'VE FOUND YOUR AGENT James and Tim recently worked a deal for us that would not have gone through had we used someone else. This particular transaction had a bit of everything: probate, scheduling communication across multiple time zones, spotty internet connection in the mountains, working over Christmas and New Years, unforeseen issues, a difficult agent on the other side of the table, etc etc. You name it, we experienced it. If you want a real estate agent who genuinely cares for his clients, more than just getting a sale, you'd be silly to go anywhere else than Jame's. WOWEEEE he was good. I gave him a tiny listing with a lot of twists and turns and he just smiled, talked me through it, made my comfortable and got the result everyone wanted.
