Barbara sold my townhouse for more than asking price and eventually helped me buy another house. From the moment I met her I could tell she was a person who had my best interest at heart; not only was she very professional and knowledgeable but she listened to what I needed and took the time to make sure I did not make a mistake. Everything regarding putting the house on the market up to the offer and closing went extremely smooth. I feel that the support and suggestions given were so helpful in getting the house to sell so quickly. My siblings and I figured it would take a lot longer to sell than it did. The suggestions on how to get the house ready to sell, advice on pricing, the offers, guidance with the contracts and the closing were so amazing. The offer on the home was better than we ever expected. There was consistent contact and information letting us know what was going on.
