In November, 2024, I made a last-minute decision to move to the LA area from Dallas. I contacted a colleague who lived in So Cal and he told me that the person who recommended Tina told him that Tina Damadyan "would get the job done, I assure you." The rest is history...in a most amazing manner. That evening, Tina and I had our first "get to know you" talk and by the next morning, she had sent me an extensive list of prospective properties based upon our conversation about my filters. In just one conversation, Tina understood what I was looking for and each of the homes was well within my requested desires. She also made herself fully available to meet my travel needs and time. After that first search in So Cal, I felt as if I had known Tina for years but more importantly, she paid close attention to all of the things I was fond of in each property and we used that information to eliminate properties that were missing some must haves, quality control issues, etc. I should emphasize the quality issues because she readily identified anything like that in all of the homes. Tina has exceptional knowledge of the San Fernando Valley and that helped a great deal because we not only looked at the properties but she also took me through the area in which the homes were located to give me a holistic idea of where I would be living...something very important to me. Getting to know Tina has been such a pleasure because she has no ego about her job...she's all about the client. I also liked that most of the listing agents were familiar with her and showed respect for her as a peer. All in all, I've never had a house search that was so enjoyable. Because so much of it was done long distance, I would highly recommend anyone local or out of town, to work with Tina if you've got a life to lead in addition while looking for a home. Tina doesn't mind doing the grunt work.
