Early last year we were driving and happened to see Katie’s real estate sign off the street and decided to take a look at her open house. The team was very inviting and knowledgeable of the area. Staging was excellent. Katie has a great sense of humor and you immediately feel at ease. Full transparency was very much appreciated. We ended up looking at another of her property listings and purchased that home . The team helped us navigate through the loan process. She found us a buyer right away for our old property. We met Katie at an open house and she left such a positive and lasting impression on us that when we decided to sell our house we immediately contacted her. She was so enthusiastic, professional, and, more than that, she was caring and sensitive to our concerns and our needs. To say that she is passionate about what she does is an understatement.
