We recently worked with Christine Dosen to sell our elderly Dad’s home in Ridgecrest. We had a wonderful experience, even though we expected many challenges, as we live out of state. Christine was so helpful with every challenge going above and beyond to provide suggestions, help and support. She was also very knowledgeable of the area, the opportunities and hurdles. As a result, she found an excellent match for our house and circumstances and we sold the house in a short time. We would highly recommend her and Dosen Realty. We are truly grateful for the outstanding service they provided!

My father died a month ago. He was a couple weeks behind on his rent when he died the real estate company is now calling me harassing me threatening me telling them I owe them money I live in Arizona I came to California for a few days and did the best I could clean out his apartment, but it was a total mess and I could only spend a few days on it, I did the best I could and return to my life to more than my father in Arizona and a lady named Christine Dosen from Dosen reality is sending me extremely hurtful and uncalled for text messages and phone calls. on the phone she acted like she was a real estate agent but judging by her last name, I think she is the wife of the owner of the company? Or somehow related. i’m sorry my father died and left your apartment, dirty. I suppose that means that it is perfectly acceptable to harass and inflict pain upon his grieving children? Classy. People of Ridgecrest if you have any other option to rent from do that, do not give these people your money.
