Veronica was amazing! I have owned five homes and dealt with numerous realtors, Veronica blew them all away. She handled numerous issues and helped us with every aspect of the selling process. The house had multiple offers the first week and sold for more than the asking price. We were selling my parents home and it was a difficult and emotional decision. The house was also a 1970’s time capsule and needed numerous repairs. To make matters worse, I was out of the country for most of the process. Veronica helped guide me through each issue and personally helped us get the house ready for sale. She and her team made the entire process painless and I will always be truly grateful for her kindness, professionalism and guidance. I would highly recommend her for any real estate matters. Hire her if you want your house to take months to sell, followed by many more months of threats from her, ethical committee complaints and legal processes. ---------- follow up:------- Thank you for your response.
