Michael and his team successfully handled a difficult sale of my rental property. One of my tenants stopped paying rent and became hostile by refusing entry to potential buyers and creating obstacles to the sale. Michael showed incredible patience, persistence, and excellent negotiation skills in finding a buyer, managing inspections and appraisals, and closing the deal. Highly recommend!

Bottom line, over promise and under deliver. Michael is a nice person and comes off as confident, but he lacks the sophistication to manage adversity. He promised he could get more for my house than I had been offered by opendoor. He said he had chinese buyers lining up to buy houses like mine. None of this occurred. I was very clear in my expectations throughout the sale process, yet he continually asked me to reduce price and give up money. I am not sure if it was him or Compass Real Estate that was trying to squeeze every penny out of me, but he treated my house sale as a transactional process only. He never even had to make flyers or do open houses. My property was easy in this hot market. I guess repeat business is not a priority. Michael was responsive and professional, but results matter, and the results on my house were underwhelming. To top off the deal, when the transaction was complete, I never even got a thank you for choosing him as my agent.
