I consider it my lucky day when Samantha knocked on my door. She was just wondering if I was interested in selling or if I would be interested to find out what my property was worth. I was more or less thinking that it was time for me to move into a senior type housing and she could help. You can imagine, I had 3 levels of household furnishing plus other things to get rid of. She helped me to finally get started and I seriously considered selling my place for the first time and moving. Yes, she physically carried bags of materials that needed to be shredded and also helped to take items which I donated to Goodwill. I had lived in my townhouse for over 40 years so I had a lot of stuff, besides my furniture that I had accumulated in all those years. With her help, I got started and involved my nieces and nephews helping dispose of a lot of my nice furniture. I am amazed at how she was able to get a very good price for my townhouse. I had no experience in selling real estate so I was lucky to have had the expertise of a very knowledgeable and capable young lady to guide me through all the various forms required in the process. The best part is that I no longer have a fear that I may outlive my money as this sale will ensure that my money will outlive me. Which is a great relief thanks to the efforts of Ms. Lee!
