I’ve been a termite inspector for over 20 years in San Diego. I specialize in escrow inspections and I come across ALOT of realtors. Chuck is by far one of my favorites to work with. Buying or purchasing a home can be very stressful and I’ve watched Chuck conduct the whole process with an attitude and style that really made me realize that there’s good agents out there that actually make the process comfortable.
