Paul was my agent when I purchased a home through an interstate 1031 exchange. The process was more complex than a typical home buying process. Paul was very familiar with the various neighborhoods I was considering for my budget and the exchange process. Paul was in regular communication with updates at various points of the escrow timeline, made phones when critical points were needed etc. If I had a question, he had an answer, or would find the answer if he did not know. Also, Paul is a great communicator which is so important in the home selling process. He kept us informed, answered questions and basically held our hands through what would have been, in other circumstances, a very stressful and prolonged process.
