He wasn’t very kind, nor forthcoming on a property that he said he owns and is selling in Alpine. He used words like unique, and while I appreciate him stating bluntly he is losing money on this as a flip, it’s really bad work. He did not respond at times, and then was very short and didn’t take the time to sit with an active duty Navy family to actually speak to their concerns, or to try to show grace where due. Overall, just a bad experience.
