Melanie was my agent helping me find a home. She was very patient and helpful. As soon as I contacted her she got me set up to receive emails of houses as they became available in my criteria. Every weekend, and even some evenings, she would meet with me to show me houses. She made sure I would be happy to raise my children in the home I chose, and after a few weeks of searching, I found the perfect home! Melanie did everything she could to make sure my offer was accepted. After the contract was signed she continued to be there every step of the way, I was able to get in contact with her any time of day. She was great at quick responses to my emails, and if there was anything that came up that I didn't understand she was able to clearly explain it to me. Clearly she has several years experience in all things Real Estate. She was able to answer my loan and escrow questions even! Once we closed escrow she made sure I received my keys on time, and that I was walking into a clean home... She and her husband went to the home to remove any trash that was left, and she paid out of her own pocket to have a cleaning company clean the house! Overall my home buying experience with Melanie was as easy as it could be! I would highly recommend you calling her the next time you need to buy a house!! She will go above and beyond for you.
