Ted has been my real estate agent on five home transactions over the last nineteen years. Ted lined up contractors for me, and when needed, gave me advice on how to do some of the work myself. And sometimes, just stopped by with a cup of coffee to check on the progress. He supported with me throughout the entire remodel. I can’t say enough nice things about Ted, I would never buy or sell a house without him. He’s honest and he cares.

Our family had an old home in need of repair on a premium property in the Hollywood Riviera area of Redondo Beach.
