We had an incredible experience working with Scott in purchasing our first home! Scott provided us with market analysis and historical data to give us accurate insight as to where the value of the neighborhoods we were looking at was shifting towards. This insight allowed us to position ourselves in the best way possible to secure the winning bid. During this whole process we learned so much about what we liked, what we disliked, and what we were willing to be flexible on. This gave us realistic expectations of what kind of budget we should have to win the type of home we were interested in. Scott was incredibly patient throughout the entire experience and literally answered every single question we had in a quick and meaningful manner. In addition, Scott is extremely creative in doing what he has to do to secure you as the winning buyer. I have always assumed that purchasing a home was merely seeing a home, placing a bid, and hoping for the best. But after working for Scott that is definitely not the case. I want to mention that he 100% plays by the rules but is very clever and strategic. Without his keen observations and quick response times to selling agents, we would have not won our current home. Lastly, I enjoyed how tech savvy and modern Scott and his team is when it came to pre-approvals, mortgage loans, and overall real estates processes. Almost everything was done online (besides seeing the house and signing closing docs), and that entire experience was quite smooth and seamless. Overall, I am so thankful that we had Scott as our agent and we undoubtedly are going to work with him again in the future. He as turned us into real estate enthusiasts and now we feel empowered and confident for the next time around.

Scott helped my uncle sell his house this past year. Scott is not only an amazing realtor but an even better person. He helped my uncle with the whole process and even spent weekends going above and beyond. He helped with staging and gave tips on the remodeling process. He helped choose paint colors and even went on Home Depot runs to ease the stress off my uncle. If i could give Scott 10 stars I would. Scott was able to sell my Uncle Jack's house for a record high in his neighborhood. If you want a realtor that cares and that will treat his clients like his own family, Scott is the realtor you want.

Scott truly went above and beyond to help purchase my family’s first home. For example, Scott can point out all the details in the home such as electrical, plumbing, renovations, inspections, construction materials, the list goes on.
