Phillip and his team went above and beyond our expectations in selling our family home. We had to confer with him and his team from out of state for much of the sale. They answered every question and concern we had, and they seamlessly coordinated the sale to suit our timing and our needs. From the listing photos to the open house to presentation of offers, the DeMatteo team was flawless! The house was staged beautifully with minimal cost to us. They even helped coordinate the move out of the home for my mom. I cannot recommend Philip enough - we could not have done this without him. He was able to get us a great price for the home.
