I've known Susan for over ten years, mainly as a golf buddy. When my wife and I decided to relocate from the Midwest to Palm Springs, I emailed Susan to ask for a realtor recommendation. To my delight and surprise, Susan responded that she would love to help us find our "forever home" in Palm Springs. We sent Susan a list of condos we wanted to see and she set up 12 (or 15?) showings over two days. Susan drove out to Palm Springs and our condo-hunting adventures began. We ended up looking at about 12 condos and of course, we decided to make an offer on the first place we saw. Susan was terrific in helping us through the process. She worked well with the seller's agent and when she had questions (buying on lease land in Palm Springs was a new process for her, being LA-based) she was not afraid to ask.
