Renee was the selling realtor for my remote purchase, and when I had so much trouble with my buyer's realtor that I asked her to help with a really simple thing - please make sure the heat is on and let me know when the lockbox comes off - she refused. She also failed to make sure the workman cleaned up after making a repair so the kitchen sink was left full of dried stucco repair chunks and splatter. Finally, none of the windows were locked and one of two doors were left unlocked! Mind blowing.
