Mario was extremely helpful every step of the way when we were selling our condo, which was in probate. We had a problem tenant who would not move out. Mario handled everything – he negotiated with him and was able to get him to finally move out. Mario was also very helpful in recommending contractors and helping us work with them to upgrade the property. That made our job much easier and allowed the estate to get much more money for the property. We found Mario to be very honest and trustworthy.
