Lisa and Carrie were an incredible team to have in our corner. They each brought unique strengths to the table, and they were always available and responsive throughout the entire process. We were especially moved by how kind and sweet they were to my father-in-law during the sale of his home. They had the vision to create a primary suite that feels as though it has always been there, and their advice on smart, low-cost fixes directly led to an over-asking price. They are a talented, compassionate duo who made a complex transition feel seamless.

This review must begin with a story. My parent’s home, our home, was not just a house, but our home. Beginning as a dream for a plot of land; planned, designed and built; this home was loved for over 50 years. The passing of our parents made the decision to sell heart-wrenching, as if departing from a visceral part of our being. It felt difficult, wrong, and complicated. Through a friend’s referral introductions were made to Lisa and her wonderful partner Carrie. From hello we knew both Lisa and Carrie were special. Lisa immediately acknowledged the emotions connected to our decision and made sure that every step of the way we were not only directed by knowledge, but guided with loving care. It just felt right. My first introduction to this wonderful team was at the home itself. We spent time going through all of the features, the memories, the pluses, the potential ideas for sprucing up, and what might make everything flow as smoothly and as easily as the situation would allow. And while there was never any self-marketing as to why they were the ones to choose, it was inherently obvious that our decision to move forward with Lisa and Carrie was correct. Communication was impeccable and turned out to be the key to keeping the calendar on track and most importantly, us informed. The property is large and very unique. In retrospect it’s beyond incredible that every decision, and I mean every decision, was spot on. The initial calendar, coordination of the services and trades, researching and setting the asking price, daily real-time updates, marketing and publicizing, driving interest and showings, staging, landscaping, inspections, dealing with the offers, and ultimately accepting an offer with guidance through escrow. The list goes on and on and on. As the trustee for the property, this was a first-time and unique experience. There were so many things that occurred behind the scenes which were simply handled. I can’t imagine any other realtors treating a project with more love; as if it was their own home. The advice and gentle hand-holding was invaluable. To find that fine line between compassion and gently coaxing could have been problematic, but the whole process was navigated with grace beyond description. And the results…wait for it… a new record sale for the city, by a large margin. Skillfully negotiated and championed by a world-class team. From our whole family; we cannot thank Lisa and Carrie enough. It goes without saying, to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate, that they have our unequivocal recommendation. I’m finding it a bit difficult to find the words to express the level of gratitude we’d like to share. I hope it serves sufficiently to say that it is beyond my imagination that it would have been possible to have found a more perfect fit. Let me conclude by saying thank you, thank you, thank you, for a job done beyond perfection. Lisa and Carrie, you feel as if you’re now family.

Lisa and her partner, Carrie were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, organized and hard working.
