My wife and I came across Cam much like you did, search the internet and reviews, having just closed on our vacation home in Joshua Tree I can confidently say the reviews are correct. We initially decided to work with Cam because of his involvement in the Joshua Tree area realtors group and his long standing ties to the community. We couldn't have been more please in how this worked out for us in the end. Our process was quick and Cam was supportive every step, often encouraging us to think through our buyer strategy (saving us a lot!). He was great on negotiations and really felt like he was your advocate. The closing was a breeze with Cam and his team, they were on top of everything. As we were two hours away, it was great to be able to have Cam there to check on property repairs during escrow etc. Can't recommend Cam and his team enough. It had been nearly 20 years since we last bought a house and a lot has changed. Cam is on top of it all.
